Who we are

Cheap Flights Seattle (cheapflightsseattle.com) is owned and operated by Orion Seven, LLC. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the site and how we use it. Questions? Email us at support@cheapflightsseattle.com.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign up we collect your full name, email address, and a password. Your password is stored only as a cryptographic hash by our authentication provider — we never see or store it in plain text.
• Billing information. Premium payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number and billing details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We store only your Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, and membership status so we know what you can access.
• Communications. If you email us, we keep that correspondence so we can help you.
• Email engagement. Our email provider (Resend) tells us when the deal emails we send you are delivered and opened, and which links in them you click. We use this to improve the alerts and to see which deals members actually care about.
• Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider logs standard request data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and reliability.

How we use your information

• Create and maintain your account
• Show you the right deals for your membership level — free members see deals after a delay, Premium members see them instantly
• Send Premium deal-alert emails when new fares are found
• Send transactional email: signup confirmations, receipts, password resets, and important account notices
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Respond to support requests
• Protect the site against fraud and abuse

Cookies and tracking

We use only essential cookies — primarily the session cookies that keep you logged in. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels. When you check out, Stripe may set its own cookies on its domain as part of payment processing and fraud prevention; those are governed by Stripe’s privacy policy.

Third-party services we rely on

We share personal information with the following service providers, only as needed to run the service:

• Supabase — account authentication and database hosting
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
• Resend — delivery of deal-alert and transactional email
• Vercel — website hosting

Each provider processes your data under its own privacy policy and is only given what it needs to perform its function.

What we don’t do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not disclose it to anyone except the service providers listed above, when required by law, or as part of a merger or acquisition of the business (in which case this policy continues to apply to your information).

Data retention and security

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active, and billing records as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and least-privilege access — but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

• Update your account details anytime from your account page
• Cancel Premium anytime from your account page — cancellation stops future charges
• Request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@cheapflightsseattle.com

Depending on where you live (including Washington and California), state law may give you additional rights regarding your personal information. We honor access, correction, and deletion requests from all users regardless of location. Because we don’t sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, there is nothing to opt out of on that front.

Children

The service is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

International visitors

We are based in the United States and process information there. If you use the site from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top. For material changes, we’ll also notify account holders by email. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
