Terms of Service

1. The agreement

These Terms of Service are a contract between you and Orion Seven, LLC, which owns and operates Cheap Flights Seattle (cheapflightsseattle.com). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site.

2. What the service is

Cheap Flights Seattle finds and publishes discounted flight deals departing Seattle (SEA). Free members can browse deals after a delay; Premium members see every deal the moment it’s published and receive email alerts. We are an information service — we do not sell flights, issue tickets, or act as a travel agency. All bookings happen between you and the airline or travel provider you choose, under their terms.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information when signing up, to keep your login credentials confidential, and to accept responsibility for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Premium membership, billing, and cancellation

• Premium is a subscription at $99 per year, billed in advance through Stripe.
• Your subscription renews automatically each year until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid term — you keep Premium access until then.
• Payments are non-refundable. We don’t provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, except where required by law.
• If we change the price, we’ll notify you by email before the new price applies to your next renewal.

5. About the fares we publish

Fares change constantly and can disappear at any time. The price we show is the price when the deal was found. We work hard to be accurate, but we do not and cannot guarantee that a fare, date, or routing will still be available — or honored by the seller — when you go to book. Airline schedule changes, cancellations, and the honoring (or not) of mistake fares are entirely outside our control. Always confirm the final price and the fare rules with the seller before you book.

6. Email alerts

Premium members receive deal-alert emails, and all members receive transactional email (confirmations, receipts, account notices). We do our best to deliver alerts promptly, but email delivery can be delayed or filtered by providers outside our control, and we’re not liable for alerts that arrive late or don’t arrive.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-copy the site or its deal listings
• Share your account or republish Premium deal content commercially
• Interfere with the site’s operation, probe its security, or access data that isn’t yours
• Use the service for anything unlawful

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. Intellectual property

The site, its design, branding, and original content are owned by Orion Seven, LLC. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your personal, non-commercial use. That license doesn’t include reselling or redistributing the service or its content.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that deals will be accurate, available, or error-free, or that the service will be uninterrupted. You use the fare information we publish at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orion Seven, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost savings, or travel costs — arising from your use of the service or reliance on any fare information. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or $100 if you haven’t paid us anything).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orion Seven, LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service and its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) survive.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top; for material changes we’ll also notify account holders by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

15. General

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn’t a waiver of it.
